Have you heard of this amazing chocolate shop in Brighton? Have you seen their program? (if not it always seems to be on the Good Food channel and is definitely worth a watch).

They are well know for their kitch designs and gorgeous window displays. They make chocolate covered wedding/event cakes (which are completely covered and sculpted in chocolate. Amazing).

They also make sculpted solid chocolate items and i especially love all the different skulls they make, which still look yummy even though they can be slightly gruesome!
